Ugly CD Player v2.2.1

Ugly CD Player is a simple audio CD player for your PowerMac. It was designed to be compact enough to place in an open area of your screen for convenient access to playback functions. Many other similar applications take up so much screen space that you can't keep it within easy reach like Ugly CD Player.

Ugly CD Player only provides basic audio control functions at this time, like play, pause, fast-forward, rewind, next track, previous track, stop, and eject. You can also select how time is displayed (track time, track time remaining, disc time, and disc time remaining), and you can quickly jump to other tracks on the CD using a popup menu.

With Ugly CD Player, you have the ability to change the appearance of your CD controls. You have 6 choices: Blueberry, Strawberry, Tangerine, Grape, Lime, and the classic black and white appearance. A simple dialog allows you to pick which appearance you prefer.

If you have more than one audio playback-capable CD drive, Ugly CD Player 2.2 allows you to choose which drive you want it to control. You will have to make sure that your sound input settings in the "Monitors & Sound" control panel are set up properly in order to hear audio.

You can edit and view CD and track titles for your audio CD. This information is stored in a way compatible with Apple's audio CD player, so you will be able to use any titles you may have entered with that program.

Ugly CD Player is shareware, with a registration fee of US$15. You may register online, or via the Register application included in the product's Stuffit package. Please support shareware and future Buzzard Software products by paying the requested fee.

Ugly CD Player requires a PowerMac with System 7.5.3 or later. (Sorry, Ugly CD Player does not work on Mac OS X.)

Ugly Multiclip v1.1

Have you ever wanted to have multiple clipboards on your machine? Do you ever find yourself accidentally copying over that URL or piece of text that you intended to paste somewhere else? If so, Ugly Multiclip is the answer.

Ugly Multiclip tracks the text and graphics that you copy to the clipboard and lets you restore those contents with a simple click. The items you copy from other applications automatically appear and are previewed in a list of multiple clipboards (up to 50) inside Ugly Multiclip. Select an item from the clipboard list and it becomes the active clipboard, meaning that you can then paste those contents into any other application.

Ugly Multiclip is shareware, with a registration fee of US$25. You may register online. Please support shareware and future Buzzard Software products by paying the requested fee. Registered users of version 1.0 may upgrade for free.

Ugly Multiclip requires Mac OS X v10.1 or later.

Download Ugly Multiclip from us now (Requires Stuffit Expander 6.0.x or later which comes with Mac OS X.) To get started, expand the downloaded file with Stuffit Expander and then double-click on the resulting ".dmg" file which will result with that disk image being mounted on your desktop. Open that disk, and see the included documentation for more installation details and instructions for use.

Note: Ugly Multiclip works best with native Mac OS X applications. Clipboards from Classic applications may behave inconsistenly.
